These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Trouvaille Trails LLP. By accessing our website or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 2.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment

 

To confirm a tour package, you must pay the required deposit or full amount as specified.

 

Full payment must be made before the start of the travel date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

 

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

 3.⁠ ⁠Changes & Cancellation

 

Changes to booking dates, number of travellers or package components may be possible subject to availability and additional costs.

Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance you cancel; peak periods may have higher fees.

If we cancel a tour (for any reason), we will offer you an alternative or refund as per policy.

 

 4.⁠ ⁠Itinerary & Services

 

The itinerary provided is planned in good faith but may change due to weather, local conditions, availability, or other unforeseen events.

We reserve the right to substitute hotels, transportation or any part of the itinerary with similar services if required.

Certain services (e.g., boat rides, special permits) may incur extra cost unless stated otherwise.

 

 5.⁠ ⁠Accommodation & Transport

 

Hotel category (Standard/Deluxe/Luxury) is as described in the package but subject to availability.

Vehicle type is based on the group size; we reserve the right to modify vehicle model while maintaining equivalent capacity and comfort.

Government taxes, fuel surcharges, parking, tolls may apply additional charges.

 

 6.⁠ ⁠Traveller Responsibilities

 

You must carry valid identity documents and travel/medical insurance as required.

You must follow local laws, customs, and advice. We are not responsible for traveller’s personal belongings.

You agree to behave responsibly; we reserve the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour is detrimental to the group or others (without refund).

 

 7.⁠ ⁠Health & Safety

 

Travellers are responsible for their own health and fitness. Inform us of any medical condition in advance.

 

We cannot guarantee inclusion of off-limit sites or attractions closed due to public holidays or government orders.

 

 8.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

 

Except as required by applicable law, Trouvaille Trails LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of personal belongings.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the package concerned.

 

 9.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos and layouts, is owned or licensed by us. You may use it solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights reserved.

 

 10.⁠ ⁠Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
